Justin Bieber broke his silence on wife Hailey Bieber's health scare.
At his concert in Denver Wednesday night, the "Holy" singer addressed the crowd between songs. "It's kind of crazy how life randomly throws you curveballs. You can't really control much," he said after the power cut off.
The show was part of Justin's ongoing Justice World Tour.
"Most of you probably know or have seen the news about my wife … but she's okay, she's good, she's strong," he said. "It's been scary, you know, it's been really scary. But I know for a fact that God has her in the palm of his hands, and that's a good thing."
Hailey responded to her husband's sweet shout-out by sharing a photo of him at his concert on her Instagram Story and adding a red heart emoji.
Hailey revealed on her Instagram Story this past weekend that she was hospitalized on Thursday, March 10, after experiencing "stroke-like symptoms."
"I was sitting at breakfast with my husband when I started having stroke-like symptoms and was taken to the hospital," she shared. "They found I had suffered a very small blood clot to my brain, which caused a small lack of oxygen, but my body had passed on its own and I recovered completely within a few hours."
Following the scare, she seems to be in good spirits, and she's shared various photos from her campaigns with Miu Miu and Victoria's Secret on her Instagram.
Justin had not previously spoken out about his experience with Hailey's scare, but at his concert Wednesday, he told his fans he was just happy to be there "celebrating life."
He also seemingly addressed the war in Ukraine, saying, "There's a lot of horrible things happening in the earth right now." And he stressed the importance of sharing one’s "insecurities" and "fears" before singing "As I Am."
